Goolsby Refurb Facility
Our new refurb facility with over 6,000 square feet under roof is the largest of it's
kind in Mississippi. We are able to inspect, repair & refurbish our pre owned homes
more efficently in this controled enviroment. Most dealers sell their used homes 'as is'
or only make repairs to major visable damage. Our customers have the assurance that
every used or repossesed home we sell has been thouroughly examined and tested
before it is even offered for sale. All of our used homes are inspected thouroughly,
including the electrical & plumbing systems as well as the structual component systems
of the home. New carpet, pad, doors, wall coverings and other cosmetic items are installed
where needed. No other dealer in Mississippi has a facility like this for their customers.
